Watching The Dark Knight on blu-ray, the changing aspect ratio (because it was also shot for Imax, iirc) is unique – still good composition.

Varying aspect ratio… Very "Kubrickian". (cf Lolita, Dr. Strangelove) (erm, in the case it’s a proper transfer. Yay for LaserDisc!)

We suddenly realized we shouldn’t have named our new kitty Moogle – we should have named him Kupo! (it’s sort of the sound moogles make.)
