Experimenting with what we’ll call Latte Pops for now – popsicles made of just 1oz espresso, 2oz milk – first trial: need better texture.
I have to google for recipes, but maybe a little cream? Hm. A LITTLE sweetness would be good but want the espresso flavor to come through.

Now, if I could flash freeze, I’d froth the milk. But, I’m assuming the milk would separate before frozen and you’d have part frozen foam.

watching Magnolia with @nurseterra (her 3rd viewing in the last two years). Possibly the top of my list of films I can’t live without.
Btw, this is our first viewing of the Blu-ray of Magnolia. I’ve seen it dozens of times and am surprised by visual details i’m catching.

I take this as explaining my own inner fulfillment or lack thereof. http://read.ly/Prov13.4.ESV

Yes, I DO think my coffee would be much better if served in this $75 set of cups i’m looking at on Amazon. (I can dream, can’t I???)

@baristaonduty well, then I should probably get that Cafelat group brush and Cuisinox frothing pitcher I’ve been looking at, too :D

Though, pretty much anything from Cafelat is something I want on my bar – pitcher, group brush, tubbi knock box. Sigh…

The day they start making these toy Gaggia espresso machines, I am totally buying one for Wesley http://tinyurl.com/2vxo263
(Btw, the toy Gaggia is made to look like the Gaggia Baby http://tinyurl.com/34j24pb , I own the Gaggia Classic http://tinyurl.com/297wd9s )

Meh, I settled for these cups instead http://tinyurl.com/34kbwwu More economical but I still like ’em – just wanted a few plain 5oz tulips.
(btw, the cups are a late bday present. Had them bookmarked on the ‘puter that died and just now got around to finding them again.)
