@DianeOTurner with the right equipment, supplies, and know-how http://bit.ly/aRKmxl that’s how mine come out :)

@DianeOTurner hmm, I never really thought about it before… It’s just my hobby/passion/obsession. We’ll have to have you over one day :)
@DianeOTurner I’ve often said I want someone to trade with – teach me all they know about cooking, I teach them all I know about coffee :)

@DianeOTurner Italian’s good. Tell ya’ what, let’s see when we can have you by for coffee – maybe friday afternoon? But, that’s in pencil :P
Ok, two people have now twittered about having a caramel macchiato, so I think I must now make one. Or two? :P
How the heck is it 830 already??? Been up since 5 and nothing is done yet. This time change takes some getting used to.

Classical music on the bar stereo, stew beef browning, chopping vegetables, Wesley eating his breakfast, kitty sleeping on the couch…
A shipment of kreteks showing up at the door two days earlier than expected is definitely a day-brightener :)

@RageWritter that’s one of the best things about a full espresso bar at home – full control. can focus on great coffee, less sugary stuff :)
RT @RageWritter: RT @johncmayer: Whenever they say it can’t be done, remind them that they make a jellybean that tastes exactly like popcorn
.@RageWritter But I love both – the traditional stuff I make at home AND Starbuck’s dessert-y drinks. Just totally different cuisines :)
(My last twitter is, of course, heresy to most serious coffee enthusiasts. I guess I’m not that snobby yet – I love ALL coffee :P )
If I want a pure cappuccino experience, I craft it at my bar at home — and if I want a pure Frappuccino experience, I go to Starbucks :)

Kitty just stole one of Wesley’s baby carrots. Um, and he’s actually eating it. He ate broccoli the other day.(?!) Weird cat.

@homebarista when I first started I relied heavily on (iirc) hometheaterforum.com and avsforum.com (and ht for dummies book was a huge help)
@kirkcrawford WOW!! That was huge! Your twitter hit my phone, I read it and thought I didn’t hear anyth–BOOM!!
@homebarista caveat: that was many years ago, those sites may suck now. BUT, I still watch avsforum for PS3 info and it’s still great stuff.
A fairly reliable formula could probably be devised with which one could estimate how many coffees I’ve had by how often I twitter :P
