Bagged our latest bean shipment with Wesley then made coffee for us – mine was probably the best cappuccino I’ve made in weeks. Yay for me.

Clarification: not smoking has changed the way everything tastes and I’ve been very displeased with my coffee so I’ve been adjusting methods

I keep tasting it and saying "THIS is what my coffee has tasted like all along?!?! No wonder I get so few people stopping by for it!"

@don_rivers It’s kind of re-visiting the basics, which is good. Maybe the beans I’ve used for years aren’t the best and it’s time to change.

@don_rivers I can at least see it as opportunity to improve. Make what I think is mediocre (and others allegedly thought was good) better ;)
