Lifestream for November 23rd, 2009

	REALLY bad tension, cramping in shoulders, neck since 2am – WTF? @nurseterra‘s got me on the couch, electric blanket wrapped around my neck.
	ow ow ow this is dumb
	wow, this is a first – i’m sitting in the emergency room. scary symptoms all morning – @nurseterra very concerned it’s cardiac. Stay tuned.
	Already did an EKG, chest xray, IV in, waiting for doc. Haven’t been to a hospital (about me) since I was 19 (i’m 36).

	Posted Doc says @jesusfreakgeek is going to be ok. All the tests were normal. Says it was probably muscle spasms and a panic attack.
	out of the ER, appreciate the prayers :) seems anxiety and stress was culprit – ekg, blood work says i’m healthy (??!!). Ativan prescribed.

	Btw, hospital had open wi-fi so I whipped out my psp, logged into the server I run with PSP media files on it and d/l’d a movie to watch :)
