Lifestream for September 8th, 2010

Wrapping up dinner then finally get to try Valkyria Chronicles 2 online. (If, uh, nothing else goes wrong.) (And if anyone is online.)

@don_rivers After you’ve completed SC5, I’ll loan ya’ SC5p2 which, as you know, is in japanese. I far prefer it to the PS2 english version.

@don_rivers otoh, SC5p2 has co-op 2p mode, so if you’re any good at SC5, you’ll have to come over and we’ll crank it up :)

Natch. I boot up the PS3, try to go online, and there is a required firmware update. Didn’t take forever, but still. #UpdateStation3

Valkyria Chronicles 2 online PvP is odd. Not enough to clear all enemies, must capture & keep all bases. And it kinda’ takes forever. Hm.

Using my phone outside in the dark means bugs diving bombing at it.

I just successfully did the ‘Silvia steam wand mod’ to my Gaggia Classic, which means I just levelled up as a home barista :)
